A free event to learn detailed but simple Korean cooking techniques from a professional, and then enjoy the delicious food just created. Thanks to the Korean American Association of Greater New York (KAAGNY) for offering these!
This session you will learn to make (and eat!) Chicken Stew (dak doritang) and Mung Bean Pancake (bindae-tteok).
Special guest instructor: the sous chef at the renowned Perry St (a Jean-Georges restaurant) will be leading this session!!!
