The New York State Assembly will be voting on a resolution supporting the 2019 Adoptee Citizenship Act on Monday March 16. Your visible support is important! The resolution, despite wide bi-partisan backing in similar language in states such as Kentucky, Georgia, and Nevada, is facing surprising opposition from NYS Republicans. Media will also be present.

Also-Known-As is an adamant supporter of the ACA, and welcomes all our community members to join us at this event.

We will be coordinating rides from NYC / Northern NJ area leaving very early on Monday. Please contact Michael Mullen if you can participate, and whether you need or can offer a ride! If possible and enough people, we might arrange for a van / bus.
