Register a child in Youth or Teen mentorship program!

The fee of mentorship participation is $500 (this amount includes a required $50 annual family membership to Also-Known-As, Inc) and covers all events and collateral costs in the year. Additional children are $450, since they would already be covered with family membership. (Flexible payment options are available. *Families enrolling more than one child will need to complete a separate transaction for each child.

For families enrolling their child for the first time, or it has been more than one year since last enrollment, please choose the “With” option.

If you are enrolling more than one child, please select the “With” option for one child, and for each subsequent child, select the “Without” option. If you participated in the Spring 2021 cycle, please choose the “Without” option. (There is also “Membership only” option, if you have already enrolled in the current mentorship cycle and mistakenly did not include membership.)
